Register now for EuroClonality IG/TR EQA scheme 2025

The registration for the “2025 External Quality Assessment Scheme for IG/TR Clonality Testing in Suspected Lymphoproliferations/Lymphoma” is now open. This EQA scheme is organized by the EuroClonality Consortium in collaboration with the Biomedical Quality Assurance Research Unit of the University of Leuven led by Prof. Dr. Els Dequeker.

This year, participants in the IG scheme will receive 3 DNA samples and 2 paper-based cases. For the TR scheme, labs will receive 2 DNA samples and 3 paper-based cases.
Just like last year, participants have the option to submit results from GeneScan/heteroduplex or NGS methods for the DNA samples. Analysis of the paper cases based on GeneScan patterns will still be mandatory and will be scored as usual.

Participation fee
The fee for participation in either the IG scheme or TR scheme is € 460. This fee covers the preparation and sending of samples, an evaluation report, as well as the administrative organization of the schemes.
